Mini bug fix and polish update. Also UI

Notable Changes

  •  Added Status Effects and Power Ups
  •  The Centifly now teleports after shooting (this is a temporary behavior)
  •  Added 4 power ups
    •   Strength
    •   Poisoning
    •   Defence
    •   Regeneration
  •  Removed damage variation
  •  Enemies now have slight variations in health replacing damage variation(because why not?)

Quality of Life

  •  You can now switch weapons while reloading
  •  You can press 'Q' to switch weapons (toggle)

Polish and Sound Effects

  •  Added a sound effect when a projectile is broken
  •  Added a sound effect when an enemy is hit
  •  Added a sound effect when damage is taken
  •  Added a sound effect when dash recharges
  •  Added a sound effect when a Centifly shoots
  •  Added a sound effect when a weapon successfully reloads
  •  Added enemy death particle effects

Balance

  •  The Revolver now does considerably more damage
  •  Player speed has been reduced (walk speed and sprint speed)

Bugs

  •  You can't hit enemies while they are directly in front of you (FIXED)
  •  Splash screen no longer looks weird (should no longer be slightly stretched, and lasts longer now)
  •  That's literally it there weren't that many bugs from 2.0

Other Stuff That I Haven't Been Able to Categorize

  •  Added 1 new music track: Existential Dread (Title Screen)
  •  Implemented the UI
  •  Implemented the HUD
  •  Removed cheat mode (it was broken)

Technical Stuff That You Probably Don't Care About

  •  Enemy and Player health systems now use the same base code
  •  Cleaned up the scrips folder (it was a mess)
  •  UI now uses one base color file (so I can easily modify stuff, and also for consistency)
  •  New balance system
  •  I can now EASILY set the game version (so I no longer have any excuse if I forget to update it)
